yuppop at yuppop.com is operated by kamimi, an individual ("we", "us"). These terms apply to your use of the service. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to them and to our privacy policy. Contact: kammy0625@gmail.com.
The service
yuppop is an AI creation tool for videos, images and GIFs. You upload a photo and pick an effect template, and the AI generates new content featuring the person in your photo. You cannot enter a text prompt; the only inputs are your photos and the options you choose. The instruction sent to the AI is a fixed template written by us.
Videos are generated with the Seedance video model by ByteDance (Volcano Engine), which we access through API易 (apiyi.com). Every video is AI-generated, results vary, and we do not guarantee a particular outcome.
yuppop is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by ByteDance or any other AI model provider.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old. You must give accurate information when you create your account, and you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done with your account.
Acceptable use
Only upload photos of yourself, or of adults who have clearly agreed to it. You must not upload photos of anyone else without their consent, and you must not upload photos of children.
You must not use the service to create, or try to create, any of the following:
- Sexual content: nudity, pornography or any sexualised content.
- Violence or gore: graphic violence, injury, threats or content that promotes self-harm.
- Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people based on race, ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits.
- Child-unsafe content: any content involving minors. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: content that presents someone as another real person, puts a real person in a fabricated or intimate scene, or is used to deceive, harass or defame anyone. Do not present your video as real footage.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: content that uses other people's protected works, characters, logos or brands without permission.
Videos are for personal, non-commercial use such as sharing with friends or on social media. We do not grant any rights in source footage used by an effect template.
How we moderate
Before any request is sent, the instruction sent to the AI passes an automated prompt safety scan on our servers that blocks sexual, violent, hateful, minor-related and impersonation terms; a blocked request is never sent and never charged. Every photo and generated video also passes through the automated safety filters of our video provider (ByteDance Volcano Engine), which reject sexual, violent and other prohibited material before and after generation. A rejected request is not charged; its credits are returned automatically. Reports from users are reviewed by a person.
Reporting
To report a video made with yuppop that breaks these rules, email kammy0625@gmail.com with the subject "Report" and include the video or a link to where it was shared. We reply within 2 business days and act on valid reports.
Enforcement
If you break these rules we may block your requests, suspend or close your account, and cancel unused credits without refund. Serious violations, including anything involving minors, may be reported to the authorities. If you think we acted in error, email us and we will review the decision.
Credits and payments
- Credits are sold in one-time packs, priced in US dollars. There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
- A 480p video uses 500 credits and a 720p HD video uses 1,500 credits. Credits are reserved when you start a video and only spent when it is delivered successfully.
- If a video fails or is rejected, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
- Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Purchases are sold and processed by Waffo Pancake (Waffo.com Limited), our online reseller and Merchant of Record, which appears on your statement and also handles order-related inquiries and returns.
- Refunds of purchases are covered by our refund policy: unused credit packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase.
Your videos
Finished videos are saved only in the browser you made them in. If you leave while a video is rendering, come back within 24 hours to collect it. Download the videos you want to keep; we cannot recover videos deleted from your browser.
Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing kammy0625@gmail.com. We may suspend or close your account if you materially break these terms, if we suspect fraud, or if the law requires it. If we close your account for any other reason, we will refund the credits you bought and have not used.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, tell you on the site before they apply.
